Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure client accounts are set up accurately.  
  • Ensure accuracy of client funding & prepare for approval.  
  • Process fuel NSF payments & prepare rebates and fuel pulls for approval. 
  • Support for reconciliation of daily payments. 
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager of Client Finance. 
Qualifications:  
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Accounting, or related field is an asset 
  • Detail-oriented and deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy. 
  • 1-3 years' working experience exercising high levels of attention to detail.  
  • 1-3 years' working experience using flexibility, initiative, good judgement, and discretion with a pride of ownership over assigned responsibilities.  
  • 1-3 years' experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines, in a fast paced and dynamic professional environment. 
  • 1-3 years' working experience using time management and problem-solving skills.  
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication
