The Role:
We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead and drive the execution of software development projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Reporting to the Manager, Delivery, this role is responsible for managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across the IT Solutions, Delivery, and Engineering teams.
The Agile Project Manager is embedded in project execution, ensuring all teams are aligned, roadblocks are removed, and Agile best practices are applied effectively.

Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery & Project Management
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and milestones to support predictable and transparent delivery.
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure changes to scope or priorities are evaluated, documented, and communicated clearly.
Scrum Master & Team Enablement
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant leader, fostering trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove team impediments and support teams through delivery challenges.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate complex discussions and help teams navigate conflict, ambiguity, and dependencies.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the primary delivery point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, IT Solutions, and Operations.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships that enable early risk identification and problem-solving.
Risk, Release & Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate release readiness across Engineering, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time to improve efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong Agile project management skills, with a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to align IT Solutions, Delivery, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve risks and blockers proactively.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, leading software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent).
