As one of our Sales Specialists you are responsible for converting warm leads into sizzling opportunities, and eventually happy clients. Our robust marketing programs provide unparalleled access to the most qualified leads, meaning you don’t have to make those dreaded cold calls. Responsibilities 
You will also have a proven history accomplishing the following:
  • Engaging in a consultative sales approach, diving deep into a prospects business challenges and advising on the best solution
  • Building value and rapport with prospects and colleagues
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from qualifying, pitching, follow-ups, and submitting contracts to closing deals (lots of them!)
  • Utilizing a CRM for sales pipeline tracking and ensuring all record keeping is timely and accurate
  • Developing, managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Converting prospects from multiple lead sources
  • Demonstrating strong sales skills and continuously developing closing skills 
  • Achieving (or even better, beating) established sales goals
  • Representing company’s services and offerings positively 
Skills and Abilities
To be successful here, you will also need to be skilled in these areas:
  • Exhibiting a strong work ethic, being persuasive and coachable
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Using strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrating business acumen and consultative selling techniques
Qualifications
To be considered, you will have the following basic qualifications:
  • At least three (3) years of sales experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
To be at the top of our list, you will also have the following preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Demonstrated background using various CRM tools to manage the sales process, specifically Salesforce 
  • Experience selling in a freight factoring environment
